Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training

 

Introduction

Black Belts are highly trained individuals in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology. They are valuable resources within an organization to solve complicated and cross functional type of projects. They can also serve as mentors to Lean Six Sigma projects lead by Green Belts.
 

Objectives

The objective of this training program is to equip and train individuals on advanced level skills in analysing and improving processes using the Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
 

Target Audience

Business leaders such as Managers, Section Managers and Senior Engineers who are assigned to carry out complicated and usually cross functional Lean Six Sigma projects. Participants should preferably have at least a diploma in their education.
