Lean Six Sigma Champion Training

Introduction

Champions are usually members from management who support, endorse and sponsor Lean Six Sigma projects. The Champion supports Lean Six Sigma leaders such as Black Belt and Green Belt in their project execution, sets objective and direction and removes roadblocks when necessary.

Objectives

The objective of this training program is to deliver Lean Six Sigma concepts, basic tools and methodology needed to implement the Lean Six Sigma programme.
