Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training
Introduction
Green Belts are trained in a subset of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt tools and methodology. They are valuable resources within an organization to solve functional type of projects.
Objectives
The objective of this training program is to equip and train individuals on intermediate level skills in analysing and improving processes using the Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Target Audience
Business leaders such as Team Leaders, Section Leaders and Engineers who are assigned to carry out functional Lean Six Sigma projects. Participants should preferably have at least a diploma in their education.
