In order for Lean Six Sigma to work in any organization, Lean Six Sigma project closure and targeted outcome has to be realized. However, if there is not enough or no Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in an organization, the newly trained Black Belt and Green Belt may find it difficult to complete their project and realize the business benefit of their Lean Six Sigma deployment.
